My experience is largely credited to my roles on major (and minor) capital projects throughout the Province, while working with BC Hydro and Vancouver Airport Authority. I have honed my skills at negotiation and project management within the various real estate processes, all while effectively communicating with other specialists, consultants, customers - to achieve a common goal. Additionally, my experience with asset sales and management, acquisitions and developments around the Province has provided me with a cross-section of experiences from various angles. As I recall upon two decades, I feel proud and honored to have played a role on many projects and programs and to have worked with top-notch people.

Taking part in industry functions through the real estate focused associations here in the Lower Mainland is very rewarding, as the best part of my career has been forging long-term relationships and friendships.
